The York Stars recreational program is to develop
the girls just starting out in rhythmic gymnastics.
This program introduces the beginner to the basic
elements of rhythmic gymnastics and the fun of
using the apparatus in conjunction to music.
These girls will begin to understand how their bodies
move and open them up to performance opportunities.
Recreational classes run
from Tuesday to Friday from 6:00pm to 7:30pm.
(The schedule is tentative and depends on how groups fill up).
Recreational program activities are carried
in small groups of 6 to 8 girls in a
non-competitive environment.
Training is just FUN!
