The York Stars recreational program is
to develop the girls just starting out in rhythmic gymnastics.
This program introduces the beginner to the basic elements of rhythmic
gymnastics and the fun of using the apparatus in conjunction to music.
These girls will begin to understand how their bodies move and open
them up to performance opportunities.
